Right from the start we knew we were in good
and caring hands. Every effort was made to make the booking process easy
and hassle free.
Your nannies organised excellent activities
and entertainment, they were constantly engaged with the children who
were very stimulated and happy. We were impressed by the cards and crafts
they made. Each day when we returned the children would perform their new
shows they had been practising all day or take us out to show the snowmen
they built. What a reassurance for all the mothers in our group! What a
warm and caring manner your nannies have Katia.
I would definitely recommend them and use your
agency again.

Dear Katia,
Kate was really good, nice and flexible. She took very good care of
little Nathalie who is not used to be taken care of by any other than
her parents.

Hi Katia,
Annamarie was
brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to both book her again and
recommend her. She was very punctual, polite and thoughtful as well
as having a great manner with the children. She was really obliging
with any requests, flexible with timings and most importantly
confident in taking both our children out and about around resort
which is really essential for us.

Hi Katia
We had
a great holiday, except for a Harry being a bit poorly. Kelly did a
sterling job and seemed to get on great with Harry. Even people in our
hotel commented to us on how good she was with him when they had seen
them around together. And we really appreciated how flexible she was on
our arrangements.

all-in-all, it was a very good service.

Helen was great with eliza and they had
fun together. the fact she knew resort so well and could drive was
a massive bonus for us. She was always on time, reliable, smiley,
and capable. Very happy to cook lunch etc. I felt very confident
leaving eliza in her charge.

Many apologies for my late reply. Kellie was absolutely wonderful with
Maisy. We could not have hoped for a nicer, more caring, capable person
to care for our gorgeous Maisy. Kellie was very flexible with respect
to our/Maisy's schedule, always punctual and also a great source of
information about Meribel. We were very grateful that Kellie was happy
to cook lunch (scrambled eggs + toast) for Maisy for lunch every day as
she really enjoys her eggs! Kellie also took Maisy out to play in the
snow and for a lovely walk every afternoon, which she thoroughly
enjoyed. Our whole family found Kellie lovely to be around and this was
especially evident as Maisy took to her very quickly. Many thanks again
Katia for organising our child care as knowing that Maisy was so well
cared for really allowed the rest of us to relax and enjoy our holiday.

We were very happy with Nikki and she
had a good way with the babies so we felt confident leaving them
with her. The service overall was fine and we had a great ski

We had a great holiday thank you.
Claire was great and made me feel very comfortable about leaving Eve
with her. She is very confident and clearly knows her stuff regarding
children as she managed to get Eve to eat well which has been an ongoing
struggle for me. I wouldn't hesitate in having Claire again and the
other people in the chalet who didn't ski always gave me feedback as
they were spending more time with Claire and Eve than me and they said
how great she is and how she cuddled Eve and talked and played with her
all the time. In fact one of the older ladies of the group said that she
was a true diamond and also there was another lady with us who had a 3
month old baby and she said that she wouldn't hesitate to have Claire
look after her baby.

I would just like to say how absolutely fabulous maja was last week
with Leah. As all parents are we were nervous about leaving Leah
with someone she had never met before. But from the moment she
arrived our minds were put at rest that maja was great with
children. Leah took to her immediately and had a great week. She did
many activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor outings such as the
cable cars, snow parks and meeting other nannies and children.
It was obvious that maja enjoyed leah's company as much as Leah
enjoyed hers.
The only problem was leaving maja to go home. Leah constantly talks
about her and all the fun they got up to on holiday.

Hi Katia,
We were extremely impressed by Maja, She was a fantastic Nanny. She was
totally reliable, following all the instructions we gave her an
communicating what had happened throughout the day. From the start she
made us feel comfortable and confident to leave the children with her.
She was brilliant with the children, she engaged them wonderfully and
they loved being with her.
She was friendly and sociable and was a credit to herself & to
Marinannies. We would thoroughly recommend Maja to anyone looking for a
nanny and it was a pleasure to have met her.

Dear Katia,
I am one of the other parents that left their child with Maja and
also wish to make a few comments.
I can only re-iterate what Tom has advised below stressing how
wonderful Maja was with the children.
My daughter (Leylah) is normally rather clingy but with Maja, she
didn't seem to mind that we were not going to be around as Maja kept
her constantly entertained. Leylah even let Maja put her to sleep
without any problems - this is unheard of and proves how comfortable
and secure she felt with her.
As Tom has stated, we all felt very confident with Maja's abilities
in looking after our children which let us enjoy our holiday...well
done Maja!!!

Dear Katia,
I can't tell you what a success it was using Meri nannies, and finding
the
gorgeous Maja. We were on holiday in Meribel for my Mum's 60th birthday
and we
were all charmed by Maja. She has a very natural way with babies, but
also with
people of any age. The minute I met her, I knew I wouldn't have a single
worry
leaving our little boy Laurie with her to spend the day on the slopes.
Even
though she had never looked after a baby as young as 3 months old
before, you
would have thought she had done it every day of her life.
If you need a formal reference, let me know. I'd be glad to give one.

Dear Katia,
Just a quick email to say a big 'thank you' to both Becky and Cheryl who
nannied for our eight children aged 2-8 years over the Easter holidays
at Chalet La Ferme. They did a superb job and made our holiday a truly
great experience.
Nothing was too much trouble. The girls worked through the three
families' requirements with great flexibility, initiative and
enthusiasm. We can definitely recommend them and would like to rebook

Thank you - we had a great holiday in
Meribel and our nanny Nikki was fabulous. She was a lovely girl with
lots of experience with small children and she made sure that Harris
was taken out for some fresh air every day, even though our chalet
was a fair walk (uphill!) from Meribel centre. I would imagine that
older children would love her as she is funny and warm and full of
energy.

I just wanted to write to you to say how
utterly brilliant Rennae has been out in meribel for us. She is
everything I could have ever asked for. Punctual, happy, smiling,
sensible, fun.. Most of all Eliza adored her. She played endless games
of sharks with her, took her swimming, sledging, out and about. Each
morning eliza couldn't wait until she arrived. that is the best
feedback anyone can ever give! for me, this was the difference between a
great holiday and me feeling worried/guilty etc if Eliza is unhappy. I
really cannot recommend her more. she is a star. I would be more than
happy to give her any references should she need any.

We had a fantastic holiday in Meribel,
and a large part due to our nanny. She was fantastic with my 7 month
old, and a friend's 10 month old. She handled them both really well
and they both seemed really happy when we left them and when we
returned. She was also fantastic with my 3 year old when he was
around.. She was flexible and during the week we had quite bad
weather and always kept us up to date if she thought she would be
late or there would be problems (there never were). She brought
along many of her own toys which the children enjoyed and everything
just seemed very easy. I would definitely recommend her in the
future.

We got back this
morning and had a great time. I was really pleased with your
service. I particularly liked that you gave me the phone numbers of
3 nannies so that I could chat to them all before choosing. Natalie
was way beyond expectations. The children took to her straight
away, particularly my daugher (2 1/2) who usually cries when I leave
her yet didn't cry once, and didn't want her to leave at the end of
each day. Natalie was really flexible and helpful and has the right
combination of fun and discipline; everyone in our group (a
combination of 16 family and friends) thought she was excellent. I
wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. If we return to Meribel next
year, I'll definitely be in touch, shame for me that Natalie will be
returning to Australia though! Do you have anyone in other
resorts? We've been to Meribel for probably 6 out of the last 8 or
9 years, but are looking at other resorts too.

Rennae was excellent - a very pleasant, friendly and thoughtful
individual. We spent some time with her and the children on the first
day. Any apprehension I had disappeared and we felt confident leaving
our children in her care. Charlotte and Jack were very well looked after
and had a great time with Rennae - they we're always in the midst of
having fun when we got back from our morning's ski-ing. Many thanks for

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for
taking such great care of Isabella (14 months) last week in Meribel.
I was quite nervous as it was the first time I'd left her with anyone that
she didn't know but you were fantastic. You spent all the time you had
with her making things fun and were very professional (waiting to have a
cup of tea until she was asleep - which wasn't necessary but great to know
that you were so focused on her - always on time etc). We were
particularly grateful for the extra hours you were able to give us skiing
and the babysitting (which we we hadn't booked in advance). Nothing was
too much trouble and I know from how excited Isabella was to see you each
morning that she had fun too!
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you to anyone else. I'd also be happy
to speak to anyone should they need further reassurance about you by
phone.

Hi Katia
We are back home six days and busy with kids back to school etc.We had a
great trip to Meribell and certainly without Sophie's significant efforts
we wouldn't have been able to go at all. The requirements of a six and
five year old in Ski school are very different to those of an infant (who
was sick for the initial 3days).Also while we were staying in Motteret the
ski school that we used was based in Meribell . Hence a bus ride to and
from every day.So there was a few challenges there for both Sophie and
parents alike. We found her to be very professional ,very clued into
safety and the kids needs, very accommodating particularly as we didn't
know how the daily routine was going to work, and most of all proactive
energetic and interested in the work .For example Sophie was able to get
the buggy up 3 steps of a gramed bus with the other two in tow.She also
had the buggy on the egg lifts.She often had the older ones sledging while
giving the infant his soother.As regards the overall cost it does add up
to being a significant figure however its hard work with a lot of
responsibility and next to no time allowed to get up to speed with the
kids and the family scenario.We would consider the service good value for
money and would have no hesitation as acting as a reference

Dear Katia,
Once again, Philipp and I thank you for finding Nathalie for us. As you
know, she took care of our 11 month year old girl all day for 10 days
while we went skiing with my family. We were staying at the Allodis
Hotel in Meribel. We did come back for lunch which allowed me to see
Stephanie and which gave Nathalie a little over an hour off. This
schedule worked very well for all of us.
From the start, Nathalie was enthusiastic and happy with her job.
Stephanie responded right away to Nathalie. Stephanie doesn't always
respond so easily to new people so this was quite exceptional. Nathalie
managed this by not overwhelming the baby but by being patient, gentle
and kind. Throughout the week, Nathalie was very responsible with her
different duties that involved taking care of the baby.
Stephanie was sick with a
little cold so Nathalie had to take her temperature and monitor her very
carefully. She did this very thoroughly and told me exactly how she had
been, down to how many times she coughed, whether her nose was more or
less runny etc... Nathalie's reports of the day were always complete and
detailed. This was extremely important to me and enabled me to trust her
completely. I always knew if she had cried or laughed for how long and
why. When Stephanie was not sick, Nathalie took Stephanie out in the
snow.
They used the baby sled,
played in the snow.....I knew that Nathalie was always cautious with
Stephanie, always aware of whether she was too cold, too hot, whether
she was getting too tired etc...but because Nathalie is energetic and
fun, I knew that Stephanie was having a good time and I knew that for a
fact because, Stephanie was very happy when we returned from skiing. She
never cried desperate to come into my arms. She had obviously had a very
good time!
Nathalie genuinely cared about Stephanie so much that Stephanie got
enough confidence to take her first steps with her. Quite an
achievement! Nathalie was very flexible throughout the week. If she had
to come earlier or stay later, she was more than willing to accomodate
us. After leaving us in the evening (generally around 5 o'clock) , on
two or three occasions, she bought diapers and food for the baby, saving
us from going all the way down to the village. Always friendly with the
rest of my family (not only my older kids but my parents, my brother and
his family) Nathalie is a lovely, gentle and cheerful person to be
around. She has a natural touch with babies and young children.
We wish her all the best and hope to
work with her again.

Nikki nannied for us during our ski holiday in Meribel this
year. Between us we had a 4 yr old, a 2 yr old an 18 month old
and a 6 month old baby. She and another nanny did an excellent
job. They were punctual and accomadated our requests for
extended days etc. Nikki was great with the kids of all ages and
was a great hit with Charlie our oldest. Both nannies did a
variety of arts and crafts projects with the kids. Nikki was
also more than happy to take the kids out and meet us on the
hill when asked. All in all no complaints.

Cheryl was excellent; reliable, professional, confident,

Russian mother-in-law. You and your helpers did a real good job

Dear Katia,
We would like to pass on our thanks to the two nannies we had
last week. Laura and Nicki.
We personally had Laura looking after our two boys and helping
out with 2 girls and sometimes 3 babies! Laura was the BEST
nanny we have ever used. She was exceptionally diligent and
trustworthy as well as being incredibly dedicated and
enthusiastic, bringing her own crafts and games and entertaining
the children with fabulous activities! She is a lovely girl,
very natural and just the right person to put parents at ease,
ensuring we had a great holiday too.
Nicki was great too and the couple who contacted her were very
pleased. Both girls even did an Easter Egg hunt for everyone and
were very much liked by children and parents alike!
Thank you and we will use your services again and be asking for
the girls if we (hopefully) come again next year!
